BioTech project development

A year ago, CSHARK started working with regenHU, a BioTech company from Switzerland. Since April 2019, our software team has been co-developing custom software for Tissue Engineering.

The Swiss company regenHU, a member of the Nivalis Group, delivers cutting-edge 3D bioprinting solutions in Tissue Engineering, Regenerative Medicine, and Drug Discovery. By pioneering solutions in the field of biomaterials and biotechnology, regenHU has an enormous impact on the shape of the future healthcare industry. Created solutions are biologically tailored to a patient’s health problem.

To bring the tissue engineering project to the next level and improve the quality of printouts from biotechnology 3D printers, regenHU had to extend the software development team. The local Swiss labor market suffers from a lack of C# and .NET specialists, so regenHU decided to cooperate with a nearshore company. They chose CSHARK because of the needed know-how, development experience, and ability to work remotely.

For CSHARK developers, the software for the bio 3D printers project has been demanding, it requires out-of-the-box thinking, and the ability to react quickly to changes. Our engineers like this kind of project the most. In the scope of the project CSHARK’s software developers, together with regenHU experts, have built the front-end and the back-end of the custom software system for Tissue Engineering. We are delighted that we have an opportunity to take part in such an innovative and revolutionary project.

Samuel Gilliéron, Software Architect at regenHU described the cooperation with CSHARK on the Clutch, a B2B review website.

This article wouldn’t have been written without the engagement of our CSHARKers! It was created thanks to their expert knowledge & extensive experience. As multiple people were involved in the consultancy, creation, and verification process, we figured it’s not fair to list just one of us as an author. Let’s say it was a collective work of many great minds.
